Just had these and boy oh boy are they delicious and hearty!
All you need is:
-1 tbsp almond butter, some other kind of nut butter would probably work here as well
-vanilla, cinnamon, & nutmeg to taste
-whatever toppings you like: I used butter, honey, and more nut butter
Smash up the bananas with a fork, crack in the egg, and scoop in the almond butter and spices. Mix up.
Melt some butter in a pan and cook like pancakes.
This probably makes enough for 2 regular people or 1 person like me who eats a lot.
